Ontevo is an AI-powered revenue diagnostic platform built to help business operators find what dashboards miss. The original ask was a sizzle reel. Early conversations made clear the video would live on a site that wasn't doing the product justice — so the scope shifted: full rebrand, full site, built and live. The site is working to help them land their first round of customers.
Everything visual except the copy — logo, illustration approach, color system, typography weights, and all web styles, then built end-to-end in Webflow with animations throughout. The design challenge was credibility on first contact. Ontevo's audience — operators, PE firms, DTC brands — aren't designers, but they read trust signals immediately. The brand needed to feel precise and technically confident without tipping into cold or generic. The illustration approach was central to that balance: a visual language built to make data and diagnostics feel engineered rather than decorative. Color and weight choices carried Ontevo's "stop guessing, start engineering" positioning through every layer of the site, from the logo down to the smallest UI detail.
The site launched and went straight to work. Ontevo is using it to acquire their first round of customers — a direct measure of whether the brand and product story landed with the right people. What started as a video brief became a complete brand. That kind of scope shift is what happens when early work builds trust.
